The app offers note detection and an audio speed changer function that enables users to translate music into sheet music while adjusting the playback speed. Specifically beneficial for musicians looking to notate original compositions or learn new songs, this tool provides audio analysis and sheet music suggestions based on the recorded audio. By identifying pitches and performing frequency analysis, such as FFT Fast Fourier Transformation, the app facilitates note recognition for vocalists, guitarists, and pianists.

The note analyzer component of the app captures pitch information, aiding in the creation of transcriptions and enabling users to verify vocal pitch accuracy or use it for vocal training purposes. It also doubles as a simple audio recorder. While the note detection process may not capture every note played, its algorithm generally offers accurate sheet music suggestions, provided the signal quality is optimal. For best results, it is recommended to ensure only one instrument is playing during recording or that the voice recording is free of background music. Placing the phone close to the instrument or speaker can also enhance detection quality.

It's important to note that due to the complexity of the mathematical calculations involved, the note recognition algorithm may require some time to analyze recorded audio thoroughly.

		<li>Live Note Recognition: Live note recognition is not supported; instead, results are displayed after frequency analysis.</li>
		<li>Real Sheet Music Display: The app provides an alternative sheet music display rather than actual sheet music.</li>
		<li>100% Note Coverage: It does not guarantee detecting all notes played and may produce occasional incorrect detections.</li>

The audio speed change feature allows users to adjust playback speeds by factors of 2x and 4x, facilitating easier analysis of complex musical passages. This function zooms into the music score correspondingly. Adjusting playback speed is particularly useful for dissecting fast-paced songs audibly and visually on the sheet music interface.

If experiencing inconsistent note detection results, users can explore the settings to fine-tune the level of detail at which notes are detected and transcribed.

The app's note detection capabilities have been tested across guitar, piano, and vocal recordings. It should effectively interpret notes above B1 (61.7 Hz) from various instruments for sheet music conversion.

Note: An upcoming update will introduce a web application where users can upload analyzed sheet music, make edits, and convert it into MIDI format.
